Touring
Touring
Touring is one of the most demanding environments in live production. Every night brings a different venue, new logistics and fresh challenges, yet audiences expect the same level of professionalism and energy wherever the show takes place. At Eventech, we specialise in providing boutique touring support that combines technical excellence, logistics expertise and personal service. We ensure consistency, reliability and impact from the first date to the last.
Consistency across venues
One of the main challenges of touring is achieving a consistent experience across different venues. Acoustics, stage layouts and technical facilities vary from place to place, but audiences expect the same quality show night after night. Eventech designs touring systems that adapt to each space while preserving the character and identity of the production.
Our audio inventory includes d & b audiotechnik line arrays and RCF point source systems, giving us the flexibility to cover both larger halls and smaller rooms with clarity and balance. Mixing consoles from Yamaha and Allen & Heath, enhance dby UAD and Waves Dante racks, provide engineers with the tools to shape sound with precision. Monitoring solutions include both wedge monitors and extensive in-ear monitoring (IEM) systems, ensuring that performers have confidence on stage.
Lighting packages are built around our stock of over 50 moving fixtures and 120 LED pars, with wash and profile units from Prolight, Equinox and Chauvet. Control is delivered via Avolites consoles, allowing our operators to programme lighting that matches the rhythm and identity of the performance.
Video solutions include LED walls, projection systems and live feeds, supported by switching from Roland and Blackmagic Design. For artists who want bespoke visual content, we work with our partner Digimar, who specialise in video production and creative design for touring shows.
Backline that supports every performance
Touring artists often rely on backline that is consistent and reliable across multiple shows. Eventech provides a comprehensive backline inventory that includes guitars from Fender, Gibson, Taylor, Martin and Ovation, keyboards from Nord, Yamaha, KeyLab and MAudio, and drums from Ludwig, DW and Gretsch. Amplification covers trusted brands such as Mesa Boogie, Marshall, Ampeg, Vox and Hughes & Kettner.
Backline is made available through dry hire to trusted partners and clients or as part of a full Eventech touring package. This ensures that artists have access to professional instruments and equipment night after night, regardless of location.
Logistics and advancing
Touring success is built on planning as much as on performance. Eventech manages advancing with venues and promoters, confirming technical specifications, schedules and access in advance. This ensures that when the crew arrives, everything is ready for efficient setup and smooth operation.
Transport is handled with Eventech’s small fleet of six vehicles, which provide secure, reliable and timely movement of equipment, crew and artists. Where larger transport solutions are required, we coordinate with our trusted partners to scale logistics while maintaining the same high standards of reliability.
Tour management and crew
Behind every smooth-running tour is a dependable team. Eventech provides experienced technicians and engineers who understand the pace and demands of touring life. Our crew handle load-ins, sound checks, changeovers and show calls with efficiency and professionalism. They integrate seamlessly into existing touring teams, working with discretion and discipline to keep performances running smoothly.
For clients who need broader management support, Eventech can provide experienced tour managers who act as central points of contact for the entire tour. They coordinate with venues, manage schedules, handle day-to-day problem solving and ensure that both artists and crew are supported on the road. This combination of technical expertise and management support provides a complete framework for successful touring.
A boutique and personal approach
Unlike large, impersonal production houses, Eventech takes a boutique approach to touring. We listen carefully to artists and managers, then design solutions that reflect the identity of the show and the priorities of the team. Some clients require full production and management packages, while others need targeted support in specific areas such as audio, lighting or backline. Our service adapts to your needs, always with the same commitment to personal attention and professional standards.
Reliability night after night
Touring leaves no margin for error. Equipment is packed, transported and set up daily, often under tight schedules. Eventech prepares every system with reliability in mind, maintaining and testing equipment to withstand the demands of the road. Redundancy is built into critical systems, and our crew are trained to respond quickly and calmly to unforeseen issues. This ensures that performances deliver as intended, giving artists and audiences complete confidence in the production.

Clients choose Eventech for touring support because we provide more than just technical production. We offer advancing, logistics, transport, crew and tour management alongside audio, lighting, video and backline systems.
