A dedicated fleet for equipment, crew and artists

Eventech operates a small fleet of six vehicles, giving us the flexibility to move equipment, crew and artists securely and efficiently. Every vehicle is maintained to the highest standard and operated by our own trusted drivers. We do not offer self drive hire. Instead, all transport is managed as part of our professional logistics service, giving clients the reassurance that every journey is handled with care and precision.

For larger productions, we coordinate with our trusted transport partners to provide additional vehicles where required. This ensures that everything travels safely and arrives on time, no matter the scale of the event.

Artists and crew are transported in comfort and safety, with schedules managed to align with rehearsals, performances and rest periods. Equipment is packed and secured to withstand travel, prepared so that it can be deployed quickly and efficiently on site.
